1. Bijou Publications currently ships orders via USPS. Please allow 1-3 days for orders to be processed.

2. A tracking number will be sent via email once orders have been processed. Please keep in mind, Bijou Publications is not responsible for any delays due to carrier restraints. Shipments that have arrived at the carrier facility (USPS) and/or shipments that have been marked as “delivered”, but are missing, lost, or stolen, are the sole responsibility of the carrier. Bijou Publications will not be obligated to handle such issues.

All physical and digital book sales are final.

1. A unique link to download e-books will be emailed to the customer after purchase has been completed. Please keep in mind that this link will expire after 24 hours. If e-book is not downloaded within 24 hours, a new unique link will be sent to customer via email.

2. All e-books will download to customer’s device as a zip file and will be located wherever downloads are stored on customer’s device (ex: Files App on iPhone and other Apple devices, etc.) After download, e-book will immediately load and will be included in e-reader library (ex: Apple Books App on iPhone and other Apple devices, etc.)
